Taco Soup

This is another family favorite. It's pretty quick to whip up!

Taco Soup
serves 6 to 8

1 Pound ground burger (browned with onions)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn (drained)
2 cans rotell tomatoes
1 can rotell tomatoes with green chilies
1 green pepper chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot and cook.

Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, and salsa.
We double and sometimes triple, the recipe at the studio.
